The results from the first competition are in! You can see which image was generated by which of us on the right-hand side of this page. Recall that Nicole was the one who hand-crafted the text-to-image prompts, while Ofek was the one who used chat GPT's suggestions.
For the first prompt, out of 17 responses, the most popular first place image was image 1 with 11 votes, with the next most popular first place image garnering only 1 vote. In total, Nicole's images received 35 votes, while Ofek's received 50. Normalized using a fancy (not fancy) algorithm, Nicole got a score of ~30% and Ofek got ~70%. For this prompt, Ofek was the winner.
For the second prompt, out of 15 responses, the most popular first place image was image 2 with 8 votes, with the next most popular first place image being image 4 with 5 votes. In total, Nicole's images received 26 votes, while Ofek's received 19. Normalized using the same fancy algorithm, Nicole got a score of ~55% and Ofek got a score of 45%. For this prompt, Nicole was the winner.
